Don’t Look Back

Hang on to the edge of your seats.  Don’t Look Back by Lynette Eason was one of the most intense Romantic Suspense books I have ever read. Wow! I loved it. It had everything a good suspense should have from strong characters to a gripping plot line.
This was the very first book that I have ever read by Eason and let me tell you, I will be reading more of hers.  I haven’t yet gotten to read book one in the series – Too Close to Home – but I hope to read it very soon. I checked this one out at our church library. The first one is still out on loan.

Here the excerpt from Lynette Eason’s webpage about this book:

Twelve years ago, forensic anthropologist Jamie Cash survived a brutal kidnapping. After years of therapy, she has made a life for herself—though one that is haunted by memories of her terrifying past. She finally lets herself believe that she can have a close relationship with a man, when signs start appearing that point to one frightening fact—her attacker is back and ready to finish the job he started all those years ago.
Can she escape his grasp a second time? And will she ever be able to let down her guard enough to find true love?
Filled with heart-stopping suspense, gritty realism, and a touch of romance, Don’t Look Back pulls you into its twists and turns to hold you there until the very last page.

What would you say is your favorite Romantic Suspense novel? Name the first one that comes to mind.
